With multiple collaborations with UK hip hop institution Lewis Parker under his belt, it was clear that T.R.A.C.’s focus had sharpened. “Life in Motion” was released on the mighty V Recordings in 2017, with the album bringing some of the most detailed insight yet into this prolific artist’s musical ethos. With productions and collaborations with heavy hitters such as Lenzman, Bladerunner, Calibre, Conrad, and others, the album was a nonstop soul-infused ride through T.R.A.C.’s unique and unmatched blends of hip hop, soul, and Drum and Bass.

T.R.A.C. continued to effortlessly bridge the gap between classic hip hop elements and contemporary sounds, earning him accolades and respect from both his peers and his fans. In 2018, the critically acclaimed “Life in Motion” was released on V Recordings, featuring artists such as Random Movement, Bladerunner, Calibre, Lenzman, and more, and earning a nod from Mixmag as Album of the Month in December of that year. The album quickly became a timeless treasure in the world of Drum & Bass, and is considered a classic. In 2021, “Back on My Griz” was released with The Beat Merchants, and it continues to crush dance floors with its positive vocals and a deep, bluesy bassline. Later on that year, “Sonically Speaking,” a full-length LP, was released jointly with Maverick Soul on T.R.A.C.’s own Ample Aptitude Recordings. Showcasing an impeccable flow of electronic and hip hop beats in combination with soulful drum and bass rollers, and featuring the likes Sofi Mari, RIYA, Christina Tamayo, and David Boomah, “Sonically Speaking” quickly gained praise from many well known legends, including DJ Jazzy Jeff.
