So a random Facebook post spawned a bunch of likes, a few comments, and personal messages noting their personal experiences on the topic I posted about. Not to get too involved as my video goes into it but I do things in my business that I believe should be very automatic and it is taking care of the small things that make a major impact – other businesses I believe are skipping over these practices and it could hurt their business at the core – so here is my video which I would say is a slight warning or wake up call to those people and / or companies
