Bio:

Lavander is a flower child planted in Arizona and has been playing any string instrument she could get her hands on since she was 8 years old. Her DJ’ing journey started her sophomore year of high school in 2014, but she didn’t commit to it until early 2017. In between her residencies in downtown PHX she continued to reach out of AZ; playing shows with her mentor, DJ Wednesday in NY, WA, and GA. Lavander’s mixing style is a combination of and inspired by Latin/cumbia, reggae, hip hop, swing, and jazz music. She digs for jungle & liquid dnb tracks that represent or incorporate similar sounds that resonate with childhood songs and experiences. Her style is unlike any other and will inevitably take you on a journey through music and its history.
